We are pleased to introduce our independently owned and managed services offering our Education Providers the opportunity to engage Building Maintenance Services and Capital Works. We ensure all Building Services are maintained to the expectations of our Education Clients, Statutory Standards and agreed guideline procedures. We offer proactive Planned Preventive Maintenance to ensure long asset life cycles and value.

As a unique company we are in a great position to listen to individual requirements, react quickly to requests, help reduce costs and engage a better service for Education providers. In a market that is use to contact fees, retainers, and annual service agreements, we offer you the opportunity to select services with directly employed operatives to integrate into a total or partial planned maintenance service, and instruct capital works projects. Gas Safe Register is the official list of gas engineers who are qualified to work safely and legally on gas appliances. By law, all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. It replaced CORGI.

All Gas Safe registered engineers carry a Gas Safe Register ID card. Before any gas work is carried out always check the card and make sure the engineer is qualified for the work you need doing.

The work entailed the dismantling of an old boiler and removal of tanks from both airing cupboard and loft. The standard of work completed was very high and was done without mess !!! PDS Solutions was a direct recommendation coming from our local builder when working on a loft conversion at our house. Initially, Dean upgraded the central heating system in 2009, when he installed a new condensing boiler (serving 13 radiators) & fitted thermostatic valves to most of the rads. As a result of being pleased with the standard of workmanship on this project, last year we asked Dean to quote for a new ensuite shower. tiles etc. Once again, we were very pleased with the outcome of the job. During these jobs, Dean & his Son have always been polite, reliable, very knowledgeable & ensured minimal disruption.
